Upon successful payment via Credit Card link, you will be given a 5 digit Member ID and 4 Digit Pin. To access the service, call 6100 9111 and enter the Member ID and Pin you have received.

In event of any disconnection during your chat, you can reuse the same Member ID and Pin to access again. The system will disconnect you once your credits have been used up. Your Member ID and Pin will not be accessible if you have no more credits.
