Upon successful payment via Credit Card link, an email with 5 digit Member ID and 4 Digit Pin will be sent to your email address. To access the service, you can either:

Method 1- Call via fixed line or mobile phone: Dial 61009111 (Voice). Please add (+65) prefix if you are calling from oversea. Enter the Member ID and Pin when prompted.

Method 2 - Call via webphone : Make sure webphone is properly installed on your IE. Then browse to: http://webphone.rach.com.sg. On the webphone, enter '1111' as your User Name, and '1234' as your Password, then click 'Login'. After that, dial '00161009111', you will be prompted to enter your Member ID and Pin. Simply follow the instructions and you will be able to chat.
